You would want an email address that is not within your domain?. If there is a problem with domain, then you won’t be able to get the issue resolved if you use your domain’s email address. In this regard, I would recommend creating an email account from a free provider like Gmail. This will allow you to be able address issues without needing to rely on your domain’s email address – again which might have problems if there is a problem with the domain. I would recommend that you use the same email address with your hosting company that you use with your WHOIS information.
